Cancellation requests should be sent promptly in writing. When no access, enrollment, or support work has started, the request may be reviewed according to the payment method used.

Once class enrollment has been completed, the service is considered started. Any request is then reviewed according to the portion delivered, costs incurred, and applicable rules.
